Cancellation Policy

I value your time and mine, so I have a cancellation policy in place to ensure I can accommodate all of my clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to accommodate you for any situation that may arise but repeated cancellations may result in the need to prepay for future appointments.
